At about 11 o’clock on the morning of Jul. 25, 1986, Alison May Parrott, 11, received a phone call at her Summerhill Avenue home. Alison was found dead two evenings later in a densely-wooded area of Kings Mill Park, on the Humbler River just below the Old Mill subway station; she had been raped and strangled.
